Quality Systems

The Practice operates a Quality Management System which comprises three documents:-

Quality System Policy

The Quality System Policy & Manual defines the Practice's quality policy and outlines the procedures that have been developed and documented to meet the specific requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

Quality System Procedures Manual

The Quality System Manual & Procedures define the Practice's Standards for:
  • The Management of the Quality System
  • The Provision of Design Consultancy in areas of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services
  • The provision of Facilities Management Consultancy Services

Project Quality Plans

Individual Project Quality Plans identify the specific criteria to achieve compliance with the clients project requirements.

Procedures for the development and approval of Quality Plans are defined in the Quality System Procedures Manual.

A nominated Quality Manager is responsible for the Quality Systems which operate throughout the practice.

Monitoring of systems is delegated to the Quality Manager with department heads responsible for implementation of quality systems within each department.
