Added Value
Fully integrated design in conjunction with other design team members.
Optimisation of external solar shading devices (fins, brise soliel and glazing) passively controlling external solar gain and minimising energy consumption and carbon emissions whilst maintaining good quality natural light.
In-house dynamic modelling software used to develop the optimum design solutions using real time weather data, avoiding typical industry standard oversizing practices and, through better load matching which maximises plant efficiencies and reduces primary energy consumption and carbon emissions by up to 15%, reduces plantrooms by up to 15%.
