In-house dynamic modelling software used to develop the optimum design solutions using real time weather data, avoiding typical industry standard oversizing practices and, through better load matching which maximises plant efficiencies and reduces primary energy consumption and carbon emissions by up to 15%, reduces plantrooms by up to 15%. Close liaison with the M&E sub-contractors and the main contractor for critical value engineering exercises.
